Jessi Giannini- Facilitator &Doula

Jessi Giannini (she/ her) is a local mamma from Barboursville, VA who currently lives south of Charlottesville with her husband and their two small boys. She loves being a mother and rising to the challenges that growth inevitably brings.

Jessi is passionately dedicated to learning about prenatal, birth and postpartum care, and harbors a special interest in epigenetics and the amazing discoveries being uncovered with regard to the intelligence of our consciousness and its interaction with DNA. Aside from full-time mamma-ing at home, she is focused primarily on working with postpartum mothers/ families.

Her inspirations include writing, photography, humanitarian advocacy in general, and nurturing mothers-to-be through the beautiful and intense rite of passage that is Matresence. Jessi brings grounding, stabilizing and supportive energy which she hopes will allow mothers and caregivers alike to be their most authentic, vulnerable and empowered selves in her care.

Sophia Dallair—Facilitator & Ceremonialist

Sophia has developed her own modality of massage combining thorough, intuitive touch, acupressure, healing sounds, breath work and counsel to reset the body, mind and spirit.  Since the mother is the source of life, her passion for pre-natal and post-partum body work is her current focus.  She also offers breast lymph massage care to women of all ages.  As a womb wisdom keeper, Sophia offers ceremonial bodywork for the maiden, mother, and crone, while inspiring each woman to invoke their own ceremonial medicine. Her intuition can feel stories or emotions that are stored in the tissues of the body.  With empowering collaboration and guided breath, she is like a midwife to support women in their own unique way through to transformation. On her journey, Sophia finds somatic movement and Qi Gong as root-medicine practices to release trauma and regulate the nervous system.  That is why she offers classes to her bodywork clients online and in-person.  In her journey as a MU priestess of the waters, Sophia shares rites of passage for all women held within sacred circles.  She is passionate about womb, lymph, and breast health, since they are a reflection fo the waters in both a woman’s body and in reciprocity to our Mother planet. She guides with compassion and a fierceness that helps women cross the threshold to trust their bodies and intuition. As an advocate for humanity’s healing blueprint, Sophia wishes to help women find their voice, power, and safety within systems devoid of spiritual and emotional intelligence. By slowing down and listening within, each woman holds her own powerful medicine.

Combining the leading-edge sciences of Pre and Peri-Natal and German New Medicine, she has bridged an awareness of the nervous system linked with the body, mind, spirit connection. The perspective these sciences offer is unique to how we are taught, yet innate to our beings and all of biology. Sophia is passionate about the re-education and embodiment of trust in the body for herself and others. By understanding the affects of trauma in our nervous system with a guide to repair, she is blazing a trail to honor conception, gestation, birth, and post-partum care. Through the lens of trauma informed shamanism, Sophia is a guide to preserve the purity of life, facilitating lineage healing through ceremony, bodywork, and workshops. With the spirit restored to modern medicine, life is protected here.  Sophia is a leader to re-invent collective systems of health available to everyone, rooted in our blueprint wholeness again.

Sophia Angelina Dallair is a Wisdom Messenger of Joy.  She has devoted 23 years of her life to witnessing the design of humanity’s healing blueprint.  This perspective has come not only through teachers and training, yet also from her devotion to observing her own life through a holistic lens, while simultaneously practicing it with her clients and her 3 boys. The good news she offers is the miracle of our body, mind, and spirit connection. Sophia has not only witnessed the evidence that these layers exist, she has applied this knowledge as preventive care and root healing personally and professionally for half of her life.

Sophia’s journey of healing started near the ocean, where she graduated from the Cayce-Reilly School of Massotherapy in 2005 located in Virgina Beach.  She also trained as a Reiki Master Teacher from 2004-2011.  She moved to the Blue Ridge Mountains again in 2007, where she raised her boys. Sophia has been walking with her teacher Malieokalani since 2020, completing her training as a New Earth Medicine Woman and Women’s Circle Facilitator from the Sacred Woman School in 2022.  She has also been initiated as a Lumerian priestess with the Aloha teachings woven throughout. As an honor, Sophia has been gifted the rites of the Munay Ki from the Qero lineage. She blends her shamanic work and ceremony with her love of Qi gong.  Since 2013, Sophia has been practicing Qi Gong through the sacred lineage of the Mt. Emai and later introduced to the lineages of Mantak Chia. Held in the feminine beauty way, she enjoys sharing play and sensuality in ceremonial belly dance and womb wisdom practices woven with these lineages, initiating women to embrace their beautiful and wild nature.
